Quarter Beef (deposit)
This is a deposit only. The quarter beef will be based on a final price of $12.00 per pound USDA cut and wrapped. The beef is all grass fed and finished. The quarter will weigh between 95-110 pounds. A deposit of $200.00 is required. Full payment will be required at the time of pickup/delivery. It will contain approximately 45% ground and 55% steaks and roasts.
